Polar Bear Paw Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix, along with the ingredients specified on the box
- 1 tub of vanilla frosting
- 300 g of sweetened shredded coconut
- 9 Oreos
- 72 brown M&M’s
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 175°C and line two cupcake pans with 18 cupcake liners. Follow the instructions on the cake mix package to prepare the batter.
Step 2: Bake the cupcakes for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes clean out. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
Step 3: In a shallow bowl, place the shredded coconut. Using a small offset spatula or a knife, spread the frosting onto each cupcake, and then dip the tops into the coconut, coating them evenly.
Step 4: Separate the Oreos, creating 18 halves. Place one Oreo half on top of each cupcake. To make the “paws,” arrange four brown M&M’s on top of the Oreos.
