Oreo Cupcakes

Ingredients
125g butter
125g caster sugar
100g self raising flour
25g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
6 chopped Oreos
method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 170 C Fan / Gas 6.
2. Put all of the ingredients except for the milk and Oreos in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
3. Add the milk and blitz until it is runny. Stir in the Oreos. Spoon into 12 bun cases.
4. Bake for 15 minutes (might be a bit more in a non-fan oven) or until golden brown and a cocktail stick comes out clean.
5. Allow to cool then decorate.
